Guest Ratings & Reviews
I had a wonderful stay! The rooms were brilliantly clean with extra space and a lovely balcony, although it was a bit cold and damp without heating. The service was exceptionally welcoming and helpful, even assisting with luggage. The location is excellent, close to the beach and within walking distance to the town center but still in a quiet street. Dining was filling and delicious, making up for any room size concerns. Overall, it was a great experience!
I loved the hotel's prime location near the beach and pier, providing a perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. The rooms, although a bit small, were cozy and had a unique eco-friendly touch with straw matting. The service was exceptional, especially their attention to dietary needs like vegan options. However, the cleanliness could have been improved in some areas, and the shower was a bit lackluster. Overall, a stay worth considering with some minor areas to be aware of.
The hotel room was good, light and bright with cheerful pink poppy feature wallpaper, but it was really cold and a bit damp on the last night with no heating in October. The service was exceptionally helpful and friendly, traveling to Brighton. The location is just round the corner from the beach and a 15-minute walk to the shops and bars. The dining experience was excellent, with a good choice of dishes from full English to fresh fruit bowls daily. Facilities were satisfactory, with thoughtful touches. Overall, a mixed experience with highlights and drawbacks.
The hotel was a lovely place to stay, with beautiful rooms, amazing service, and a perfect location near the beach. The dining experience was excellent, especially with local produce, but the rooms were a bit smaller than expected. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
